Flight Cases are designed and manufactured to look after your equipment whilst you’re on the move.  Flight cases are designed to protect you from dangers coming its way from being waterproof to being strong so your equipment will not be damaged in any way.

To make sure the custom made flight case will be manufactured with the highest quality in mind and meet the customer requirements it will have to go through several stages to make sure the flight case is manufactured to meet the individuals.  The stages a flight case goes through are listed below:

Design part- CAD software
This is where the designers use the  latest CAD software to draw up the Flight Cases with the details from the customers this will allow the designers to make the flight case for the individual customers.

Manufacturing part
After the designers are happy with the CAD drawing then it will be sent over to the Manufacturing team who will manufacture the Flight Case and put it together.

Quality control and Despatched
After the Flight Case is manufactured it is then passed on to the despatch department where the products will be checked to make sure it is correctly assembled and then packed to make sure it is safe to be sent out to its owner.
