Flight Cases are Manufactured and Supplied to protect equipment whilst travelling from place to place. Everyone that travels around would be taking valuable equipment especially people travelling for business purposes, Therefore to invest in a Flight case will allow the equipment to be kept safe at all times.

Before the production of flight cases, the cases needs to be designed, this is where the in house designers will draw up the case using the latest 3D CAD software and this will allow them to see how the finished case will look and will allow the designers to make necessary changes and this will allow cases to manufactured correctly.

The Flight Cases can be Manufactured in different physical state and this requires different manufacturing machines.

The two main machines are CNC and Rotational Moulding.

The machine allows Trifibre to save time on production as the new machine is mainly automated and will save time and make the production of cases faster and quicker. Also Trifibre has invested in a Rotational Moulding machine which allows plastic products to be created in large quantity.
